This picture was taking by a guy in Texas while riding his bike. He stopped by this pond to rest for a few minutes when he saw this little guy. They are commonly called "pond sliders" although that isn't their species name, I'm really not sure what it is.
Although he looks big here he really is only a tad bigger than a Silver Dollar!
